If you are an existing Thryv Marketing Center™ subscriber to the Thryv Platform (“Existing Subscribers”), you may take advantage of the Thryv Summer Savings Incentive Program (“Summer SIP”) if you meet the requirements set forth below. All purchases of Thryv Subscription Services are subject to the Thryv Platform Services Terms and Conditions, the Subscription Service Terms, as applicable, which can be found here, the terms of each which are incorporated herein by this reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning given in the Thryv Platform Services Terms and Conditions.

1. Location. The Thryv Summer Savings Incentive program is only available to subscribers doing business in the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
2. Existing Subscribers are eligible for up to $200 off your total monthly subscription fees for the first 3 months following your addition of a new Subscription Service subject to the following requirements:
   If you have a Thryv Marketing Center Subscription Service and you purchase a Thryv Business Center™ Professional package or higher, for the first 3 months from the addition of your Thryv Business Center Subscription Service, we will apply up to a $200 discount off your total monthly subscription fees.
